After a tease in 2006's Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez's double feature Grindhouse, a new holiday slasher movie comes out in theaters this November, with Eli Roth's Thanksgiving. A year after a Black Friday tragedy, a masked killer dressed as Pilgrim John Carver begins targeting people linked to the incident and murdering them in gruesomely imaginative ways. Based on a story written by Roth and childhood friend Jeff Rendell, Roth steps up to direct and produce this gory horror movie, weaving an intricate murder mystery as one town is plunged into terror by the vicious John Carver.
