This Dell XPS is equipped with an Intel Core i7-13700 CPU, GeForce RTX 4060 Ti GPU, 32GB of DDR5-4800MHz RAM, a 1TB NVMe SSD (boot) and a 2TB 7200RPM HDD for storage. The 13th generation Intel Core i7-13700 Raptor Lake processor has a Turbo boost clock of 5.2GHz with 16 cores, 24 threads, and 24MB cache. Compared to AMD, it's similar in performance to the Ryzen 9 7900. This is still one of the best gaming and workstation CPUs you can get and it won't bottleneck the GPU.
The RTX 4060 Ti 8GB video card is an excellent GPU for 1080p gaming, although it's also capable at 1440p gaming. It's about 5%-10% faster than the RTX 3060 Ti at 1080p. However, RTX 40 series cards all support DLSS 3.0 and 3.5 technology.
