Something Avatar the Last Airbender does better than any other series is its character arcs. Some of the story is episodic in nature, but when a big event happens the series makes sure to cover all the important parts, which usually results in a multi-episode story arc. The doesn't mean the story arcs are contained to the multi-part episodes alone.any amazing story arcs take the entire series to conclude, which makes those arcs all the more satisfying.
