When the DC movie and film slate got shaken up to pave the way for James Gunn's DCU, many fans were concerned. Sure, a lot of elements from the SnyderVerse had to get culled, but it did seem like Warner Bros. was trimming a lot of things unnecessarily. The Arrowverse, for example, came to an acrimonious end, leaving behind a Superman & Lois that exists sort of tangentially.
