With the upcoming release of Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, the DC Extended Universe is officially coming to an end. Though it was certainly contentious, the DCEU aka the Snyderverse still had a legion of dedicated fans. Superman: Legacy will bring about the new cinematic DC Universe, but that doesn't necessarily mean that the previous continuity has to die entirely.
