Get ready to dive into a digital wonderland. Netflix has finally unveiled the dates for its Geeked Week digital showcase, which will see the streaming giant share updates and information on a treasure trove of highly anticipated projects, such as Stranger Things, Rebel Moon, Scott Pilgrim Takes Off, and a boatload more.
In a new press release and announcement trailer, Netflix revealed that its multi-day event will kick off on November 6 and conclude on November 12. Like previous Geeked Week, Netflix subscribers can look forward to new trailers, updates, first looks, and more on new content set to premiere on the streaming service.
Netflix notes the first day, which the company refers to as "Stranger Things Day," will focus entirely on updates from the widely popular sci-fi franchise. While Netflix did not say what things it plans to reveal about Stranger Things next month, we know that the show is set to conclude with the upcoming fifth season. Additionally, it was previously confirmed that an animated spinoff series is in development.
Throughout the remainder of the week, Netflix will share news and details on shows and movies that were previously announced and will be released soon, including Scott Pilgrim Takes Off, Yu Yu Hakusho, Avatar: The Last Airbender, Devil May Cry, Rebel Moon, and Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft. Netflix will also share updates on existing shows, such as The Umbrella Academy.
Last year's Netflix Geeked Week had plenty of big reveals, including Castlevania: Nocturne and a premiere date for Cyberpunk Edgerunners.
