1959's The Twilight Zone remains the standard-bearer of both good writing and excellent science fiction tales. The series has been enjoyed by every generation since it was created, thanks to the timeless nature of many of its stories and how well they resonate with viewers. The show has also inspired countless movie and TV homages, parodies and remakes, including one of the DC Animated Universe's greatest episodes.
