Shonen is easily the most popular demographic in anime history, featuring titles from just about every genre and subgenre imaginable. Though its extensive library goes back for decades, the 2000s are praised as one of the best times for shonen anime. But while many of the demographic’s greatest hits like Naruto and Bleach come from this nostalgic time, many great 2000s shonen series flew under the radar.
