Even more than Yoda and Obi-Wan Kenobi, no Jedi evaded the fallout from Order 66 better than Kanan Jarrus from Star Wars Rebels. He was only a Padawan when the Republic fell -- less skilled in the Force than other survivors -- and he spent nearly all of the ensuing decades on the run, while Yoda and Obi-Wan basically buried themselves in a deep dark hole and never came out. His death arrived very late in the game and at a point where his sacrifice meant volumes to the nascent Rebellion scrambling for traction. His legacy -- particularly regarding his apprentice Ezra -- is a significant part of the storyline for Ahsoka (he was Hera's lover and Jacen's father, among other things.)
