Since the release of the original Five Nights at Freddy's video game back in 2014, fans have been enamored by the series' ostensibly simple setup and gameplay. Unsurprisingly, subsequent sequels, prequels, and spinoff materials have vastly expanded upon the franchise's lore in the years since then, culminating in a timeline that is far more complicated than most would expect.
