And Just Like That… is the Sex and the City reboot no one asked for, but it made people tune in again, as it brought back three of the audience's four favorite girls for more fun, friendship and romance, despite the fact that Samantha (Kim Cattrall) did not return. While it did all that, it also sent Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker) -- writer, fashionista and relationship expert -- on a different journey: one of grief. The original Sex and the City had different paths for Carrie, most of them involving the love of her life, John Preston (aka Mr. Big), and while the reboot And Just Like That… did include Mr. Big (played by Chris Noth), it had a surprising twist: his death.
