The Star Wars universe is massive. What began in 1977 as a single film with low expectations rapidly expanded into a blockbuster franchise with an ever-growing fan base. Today, Star Wars is still expanding, and thanks to Disney acquiring Lucasfilm, devotees have seen the rise of Star Wars television on Disney+. Granted, material from the galaxy far, far away is best seen in a theater, but fans have been satisfied with the plethora of new content while executives work out future cinematic plans.
