Over the years, there have been plenty of retellings and reimaginings of Batman's origins, but if anyone can find a new way to approach the iconic character, it's writer and artist Rafael Grampá, whose immediately recognizable art style has graced the interiors and covers of countless titles. This September, Grampá is writing and drawing Batman: Gargoyle of Gotham, a DC Black Label limited series that explores Batman's early days as a crimefighter and follows him as he hunts a serial killer through the streets of Gotham.
