Herman Miller is no stranger to bringing its high quality, high-end design to gaming, having released the Embody Gaming Chair back in 2019 in collaboration with Logitech. (The more recent Vantum G is one of our favorite gaming chairs.) While the company is known best for its comfy chairs, it’s expanding into new, unexpected territory.
The company teamed up with Brooklyn-based art duo FAILE, made up of Patrick McNeil and Patrick Miller, on a collection of trippy prints and hand-crafted statuette “joysticks” inspired by 1980s arcade and gaming culture. Both the prints and joysticks are now on sale, and while they are more luxury-focused items — the prints are $250 each, while the statuettes joysticks are $995 apiece — they are also the kind of art and decoration that you’d proudly display in any room.
