During the first three seasons of The Rising of the Shield Hero, Naofumi has attained an inordinate amount of shields, ranging from one that can create a rope to others that grant him incredible powers. Amazingly, though, acquiring shields is incredibly easy for him. When Naofumi picks up any item and places it against his shield, it is immediately absorbed, transforming objects into an array of summonable shields, with many having their own unique powers.
