Lockwood & Co. premiered on Netflix in January of 2023 to rave reviews from critics and audiences alike. While the show drew its share of new fans, it also managed to impress fans of the original book series by Jonathan Stroud. Many agree that the adaptation is largely faithful to the novels, with some scenes repeated almost word-for-word from the page, but there are some notable changes as well.
