Tears of the Kingdom truly brought out the extent of what was possible in Breath of the Wild's version of Hyrule. In terms of the size of the world, the gameplay, and even the characters, TOTK brought BOTW's Hyrule to its logical conclusion in nearly every way. That expansion on the previous game is likely what led the series' producer Eiji Aonuma to tell Famitsu that he had "done everything I can to create games in that world."
