DC Comics has given readers the biggest icons in superhero comics but it's included plenty of likable losers amongst its heroes. Superhero comics had their origins in newspaper strips and humor was always a key part of them. Over the years, DC's creators have crafted a number of humorous characters. Sometimes it was on purpose and other times it just sort of happened.
