Since the day Earth's Mightiest Heroes first came together as a team, they have faced off against some of the most fantastical and terrifying threats that the Marvel Universe has to offer. Most recently, those threats came in the form of the equally fantastical and terrifying Ashen Combine, whose individual members appeared to be utterly unstoppable even for Earth's Mightiest Heroes.
