The Writers' Guild of America, the union representing Hollywood film and TV screenwriters, is returning to work after a 146-day strike. The Guild announced that starting from midnight on September 27th, 2023, its members could resume work for the first time since May 1st of the same year. Although production won't immediately resume due to the ongoing SAG-AFTRA strike, this marks the initial step towards Hollywood getting back on track.
