James Gunn's new DCU is finally on the horizon, with the new franchise set to debut within the next few years, beginning with Creature Commandos and Superman: Legacy. With the promise of fixing the mistakes of the controversial DC Extended Universe, the DC Universe has plenty of promise as it launches its first, phase: Chapter 1: Gods and Monsters.
