The 11th gen Intel Core i7-11700 Rocket Lake CPU has a max boost clock of 4.9GHz with 8 cores, 16 threads, and a 16GB cache. The RTX 3060 Ti is an excellent card for 1080p gaming. The new RTX 4060 Ti is more expensive and yet it's only about 5% better at 1080p. The RTX 3060 Ti supports DLSS 2.0, which still gives it a big advantage over AMD cards to further boost FPS. Honestly, you probably won't find a system that's better suited to comfortable 1080p @ 60fps or higher gaming for under $1K (from a brand we're familiar with).
