After the X-Men founded Krakoa, life has been good for Earth's mutants. They developed gates that allow for instant teleportation across the galaxy. They invented a system of resurrection and raised millions from the dead. They even ensured amnesty, so that no mutant needed to suffer under the rule of humanity. Unfortunately, it wasn't meant to last.
