Batman is famous for many things. As Bruce Wayne, he’s one of the wealthiest men in the world. He’s one of the foremost martial artists on Earth. He’s both The Dark Knight of Gotham City and a member of the Justice League. Batman is also famous for having earned the title of The World’s Greatest Detective since his unbelievable detective skills, coupled with state-of-the-art technology, allow him to solve mysteries that even the most seasoned police officer would give up on. That said, it’s incredibly strange that Batman, one of Earth’s greatest and most brilliant superheroes, would think adopting the name “Matches Malone," a supremely corny old-time gangster persona, would ever pass muster as an acceptable undercover disguise.
